Delivery

Spring / Summer Range

Flowers are delivered to the UK only from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm by our in house delivery service for Greater Manchester or by courier or post for orders outside the area.
Deliveries to the Greater Manchester Area are same day providing the order is placed by 1pm. £5.00 charge for same day £8.00 charge for same day timed.
Orders of courier bouquets received before 1pm can be delivered as early as the next day.
Date of delivery can be guaranteed for the courier bouquets but time of delivery cannot be specified.
All deliveries made to hospitals must include the patients name, the ward name and or number. Any order omitting these details may not be accepted for delivery by the hospital.
As yet there are no deliveries to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands or The Republic of Ireland.

Charges

Delivery is included in the advertised bouquets for the Central Manchester Area, outside of this there is an automatic fee of £2.50. A Courier delivery is an extra £10 Monday to Saturday.

Cancellations

Only cancellations given at least 48 hours before delivery date will be eligible for a refund. Orders placed or cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be treated as having been received on the following working day. To cancel orders, please call 0781 339 8647. This can not be done on line or by email.

Amendments

Please contact us at least 48 hours before the delivery date to amend an order. Outside of normal opening hours, you can leave a message on our answering machine 0781 339 8647.

Failed Delivery

It is sometimes the case that the recipient may not be available to accept their flowers.
If it has not been possible for us, or the courier to deliver the flowers, a notification of attempted delivery card, to advise the recipient of the action taken will be left, along with the location of the local delivery depot and a contact and telephone number for the recipient to call to rearrange delivery or to collect themselves.
Please note that Wild & Co. will only attempt delivery once unless contact is made by the recipient after the notification to deliver has been left.
